Q1. How many coats of paint do you apply?
We apply 3 to 5 coats depending on the OEM specs; we never apply less than the industry requirement, which is a common practice with cheap paint service providers. Too few coats mean your car’s paint will start fading color and peeling off after a few months of the paint job.
Q2. What are the facilities that you use to paint?
We use a dust-free paint booth that is well lit to ensure no anomalies appear during the paint process, and that we can see every detail while painting.
Q3. How long does it take to cure the paint?
It usually takes around a month for the paint to fully cure on the metal of the painted surface. We advise keeping the car in a clean environment and not using it during the curing process, and also recommend avoiding washing if possible. If the car has to be driven, avoid high speeds and long drives at least.
Q4. How long does it take to fully paint my car?
The length of time for a full car body paint takes from 2 weeks to a month depending on the complexity and size of the painted vehicle.
Q5. Does my car need any maintenance after paint?
Usually no, as we make sure the paint layer is perfectly smooth before releasing the vehicle to the customer. But it doesn’t hurt for the customer to bring it after a few months to check the status of the paint coat and maybe give it a final polish treatment. We definitely advise washing the car using high-quality towels and chemicals to avoid damaging the paint long-term.
Q6. What's the warranty on paint services?
We offer a 5-year warranty on all paint services against peel, natural cracking, or blemishes and artifacts that might occur due to our installation. We don’t cover any damages occurring to the paint due to damaging use such as scuffs and scratches against other vehicles, pavements, or any object.
